Changed the importer to work with the new data format. Tested locally with the actual data. Few refactoring changes made here and there. The BannerTermRecord class was not being properly serialized because the Term_CODE.dat file had "Start Date" and "End Date" (with space in between) as keys . So had to add an annotations in the BannerTermRecord to allow such spaces during serialization.
