Maven Certificate Expired

The certificate for Maven has expired, causing all gradle builds to fail. Talk to Darryl about getting this renewed.

Acceptance Criteria

  • maven.csse certificate is renewed
  • maven.csse OS is updated to ubuntu 18.04.1
  • Gradle builds pass for GraderLibrary
  • Gradle builds pass for GraderBackend
  • Document how it is done, for future usage
