Sprint Goals

Ada

• Determine who is responsible for ada.csse.rose-hulman.edu and document it in the terms and conditions document
• Determine a reasonable availability guarantee for ada.csse.rose-hulman.edu and update the terms and conditions document accordingly
• Obtain credentials for ada.csse.rose-hulman.edu for management in the short term (requested by Kim Tracy)
• Document a process for alerting CSSE students and staff when ada.csse.rose-hulman.edu is unavailable

Releases/Delivery

• Document and approve a release process for each component of the RoseCloud system
• Document and approve a migration process for the production Kubernetes cluster (Ubuntu -> CentOS)
• Begin adding log statements in GraderLibrary (Pending *)
• Create testing Tickets for GraderLibrary (Pending *)

Outstanding Bugs

• Fix LDAP issue and write an automated system check to ensure that it doesn't happen again
• Determine the root cause of the Gitlab HTTPS issue and write an automated check to make sure it doesn't happen again
• Determine the root cause of Delvin and Jason's issue and write an automated check to make sure it doesn't happen again
• *Address tests relying on Ada-Stage for GraderLibrary so that it can be updated
