Discovery

• Refactor Admin Dashboard to use Angular Material components
• (Backend only) As a Systems Administrator, I want to back up a repository, which will be compressed as a zip file, stored in the Archival server and deleted from the GitLab server, so that I can free up storage space on the GitLab server without losing all the records.

Delivery

• Set up staging environment on new cluster
• Get rid of plaintext passwords in ConfigMaps
• GraderBackend passes lint pipeline stage
• Slack notification if ada goes down
