Discovery

• As a Systems Administrator, I want to restore a repository, which will be decompressed from a zip file in the Archival server and stored in the GitLab server, so that I can reactivate a project in case someone wants to continue developing it or I mistakenly archive the repository. (Design)
• As a Systems Administrator, I want to back up a repository, which will be compressed as a zip file, stored in the Archival server and deleted from the GitLab server, so that I can free up storage space on the GitLab server without losing all the records. (Web app)
