Add log statements to GraderLibrary

Acceptance Criteria

GraderLibrary has logging implemented to facilitate easier debugging
A new version of GraderLibrary is published to maven.csse.rose-hulman.edu
A new version of GraderBackend is built using the new version of GraderLibrary
- Deploy to staging
- Deploy to production
